Our Privacy Policy
We keep stored data at a bare minimum.
That means:
- We don't analyse your usage of our websites or games
- We don't store cookies
- We don't execute any scripts
- We don't use any social media plugins
- We don't run any ads, profile you or do any other nonsense like that
- We anonymise our server logs

What we do Collect
There are a few occasions where we do collect some data. These are:
Game Data Syncing
We use various services like iCloud, Steamcloud, etc. to store and synchronize your game data across all your devices. To use these services we sometimes need to transfer some of your data to servers provided by these services.
Server Logs
Our website is hosted at HostEurope and runs a standard server log to prevent hacks and other malicious activity. This data is anonymised and will be deleted after a maximum of two months.
Newsletters
If you sign up to our newsletter we store your email address and, if provided by you, your name using Mailchimp. We will only use this data for sending you occasional emails when we have new games to announce. Of course you can always unsubscribe and execute your data rights using Mailchimp's tools.
Beta Testing
If you sign up for beta testing one of our games we naturally need to collect some data and sometimes transfer your data to services provided by others, e.g. TestFlight or Unity Analytics.
Your Rights
Right to access data, right to rectification and completion of incomplete personal data, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right of objection, right to data portability, right to withdraw consent at any time.
