And Yet It Ruled

We had an awesome time at this years Content Award Night, mainly because we have received three prizes that we really needed. The Content Award is given out by the ZIT, which in their own words is the technology promotion agency of the City of Vienna. It’s great to have something like this around and all their prizes are really going to help us in the near future. The timing was almost perfect as we have been quite demotivated lately and had some throwbacks.

So here’s what we have won:

Special Price Consulting Package: Tom Putzki and Karoline Simonitsch will do a workshop of four days with us, to determine some more ways to be aprofitable Indie Game Studio. Looking forward to get some hardcore business ideas :)

Special Price Infoscreen: Infoscreen is kind of like TV for the U-Bahn – the subway in Vienna – which mean lots of people are watching it, so it’s a very good local marketing venue. We’ll just have to come up with something good that will hook people in less than 30 seconds.

Jury Price Games: This is the main price in the Games category and we are really happy to have won this one as well! Next to the prestige we also got 5000 euros, and that’s exactly what we need right now to work comfortably on our Wii version for the next months.

Also the award ceremony was really great, with Austrias funniest moderators: Stermann & Grissemann, good food, free drinks, interesting people and great music. Looking forward to next years Content Award. Thank you ZIT!
