Friday Flashback #23: Sketches

So here’s our bullet list of this week’s achievements:

  • Post-processed until we dropped
  • Added various shaders
  • Improved the tutorial, the story and transitions
  • The animation system was extended
  • Cleaned up bird brains
  • Sketched out more Karst levels – environments, challenges and other features were put down on paper
  • Refactored the HUD for dropping the shard into the pedestal (which shard? which pedestal? We’ll get to that soon enough)
  • Orchestration of how to convey the story in the first few levels
  • Classification of the music loops
  • Faded music chunk components
